We reviewed the implementation and now list the third-party services and cookies actually loaded. This page previously stated that no third-party cookies were used, which was incorrect because we use Google Analytics. We apologise for the error.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser. We use cookies to remember choices such as language and cookie consent.
Cookie categories
firestorage.ai manages consent across four categories: necessary, preferences, analytics, and marketing. Every optional category starts off.
Necessary cookies
Required for core functions such as language, consent, and security. These cannot be disabled.
Preference cookies
Remember optional display, interface, and convenience settings.
Analytics cookies
Help us understand usage and performance so we can improve the service.
Marketing cookies
Support advertising, campaign measurement, and retargeting.
Third-party services
We use two. Neither loads any external script while consent is absent. (1) Google Analytics (GA4) — loaded only if you consent to Analytics, setting the `_ga` and `_ga_*` cookies listed below. The recipient is Google; the information sent is your page-view history and browser/device type; the purpose is aggregate traffic measurement and improving the site. We do not store IP addresses ourselves, and Google handles them under its own terms. Withdrawing consent stops the loading and deletes those cookies. (2) YouTube video embeds — used for the demo video on the home page and the walkthrough videos on the AI features page. They load in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so no personalised-advertising cookies are set, but playback information is sent to Google. The names and expiries are set by Google and are therefore not listed in the table below. We do not use advertising or social media pixels. If we add any, they will load only with consent and this page will be updated.
How long cookies last
The expiry for each cookie is listed below. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Change or withdraw consent
Open “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to accept, reject, or withdraw consent at any time.
Delete cookies in your browser
